RICO CLAIM OVER ILLEGAL ALIENS
 
 
Commercial Cleaning Services complained that a competitor violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act by hiring illegal aliens to undercut its business. The Second Circuit will allow this case to proceed to trial.
